Any errors that may occur will be corrected, and all products that you return in resalable condition will be credited. Opened consumable products can not be returned.

Typically, all orders are shipped by the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
If you have received a confirmation by email, your order has been shipped. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, please call us, as your order has likely failed to complete, and we would be unaware that you started it.

United States Shipping and Payment:
At the time of check out, you have the options to select U.S. Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS).
All orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service within the Contiguous 48 States.
US Postal Service is used for all orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico).
The following is a list of shipping options:
UPS Ground / US Postal Service – $7.50 minimum. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery. UPS Ground service is only available within the Contiguous 48 States.
UPS 3-Day Select – Additional $5 to the applicable ground charge. Allow 3 business days for delivery. UPS 3-Day Select service is only available within the Contiguous 48 States.
UPS 2-Day Air – Additional $10 to the applicable ground charge. Allow 2 business days for delivery. UPS 2-Day Air service is only available within the Contiguous 48 States.
UPS Next Day – Additional $19 to the applicable ground charge. Allow 1 business day for delivery. UPS Next Day service is only available within the Contiguous 48 States.
UPS Saturday Delivery – Not Available!
Prices shown are in U.S. currency. Your goods will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
No additional taxes will be charged.
Sometimes, due to excess demand, items are back ordered, and we still try to ship out back ordered items within 7 days. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
Note: Shipping Charges are not refundable under any circumstances if the order had been sent out. If changes in your shipping address are made later, extra shipping charges will be levied to resend the package
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds:
We have absolute confidence in the effectiveness of our fibroceutical products and we want YOU to have the same level of security in your decision to use our Online Fibrorganic Solutions products. Fibrorganic Solutions has strict fibroceutical standards for product testing procedures. Quality control measures have been insisted upon and instituted regarding the manufacturing of all our products. We believe that good formulas can only lead to great health by starting with quality and efficacious product ingredients. Thus, we offer assurance that all of the ingredients used in our effective product formulations are simply the best available in the world.
If you have received the correct item, and no longer wish to keep this item, it may be returned to us providing that it is unopened and unused. A full refund will be issued for the product returned, minus the cost of shipping and handling.
The following restrictions may apply:
Opened products may only be returned if they have a manufacturer’s defect. Once a consumable product has been used it cannot be returned. We may issue a full or partial credit depending on the situation.
Please make it easy on us and find the order number on which you purchased the goods. Then please ship in such a way that it can be tracked, so that we may resolve any dispute conclusively. We expect you to pay for return shipping.
